My Story

As a registered nurse with over 29 years of experience within the healthcare system, I have always had a heart for helping others. I have worked within many medical specialties, but my true passion has been Geriatrics and helping older adults during the challenges of aging. My nursing knowledge has provided the tools to manage multiple medical conditions, while my care management experience has been effective in handling crisis intervention and overall problem-solving solutions. 

After moving to care management in 2013, I have found fulfillment and joy in assisting seniors and their families, while navigating their emotional and physical needs. As a member of the Aging Life Care Association ®, I embrace the approach to support each client with integrity and respect. I strive to ensure compassionate support, ongoing advocacy, and quality care at all levels, while utilizing a holistic, client-centered approach. I am dedicated to helping seniors reach their highest level of functioning possible while providing warmth, dignity, professionalism, and reassuring guidance every step of the way. I enjoy the connections established with my clients and their families. It is a trusting and caring relationship where we work together with one main goal in mind - to promote overall wellness, health, and exceptional quality of life.

I was born and raised in the Bay Area, until I moved to San Diego to start a new chapter in my life - as a wife, begin my career in nursing,  and become a mom to twins. I have been a North County San Diego local since 1994 and have found happiness with the beauty of Southern California. I enjoy being outdoors in nature - as well as spending quality time with my loving family, Labrador Retrievers, and my cherished friends.
